This multi-level parking garage is attached to the terminal building via skywalk on level three and walkway on level one. It offers an intelligent guidance system to assist drivers to open parking spaces using electronic signage and LED lights. The CLE Smart Parking Garage accepts cash, personal checks and credit cards at a daily rate of $17.00 for less than 72-hours and $13.00 for 72-hours or more.

This surface lot is located on airport property directly north of the terminal. Enter by turning right onto Park Road from Inner Drive before you enter the arrivals deck – across from the Sheraton Hotel. The Red Lot is located on the left side of the parking facility, across the street from the Blue Lot. The Red Lot is credit card only at a daily rate of $13.00.

Enter the Blue Lot by turning right onto Park Road from Inner Drive just before you enter the arrivals deck – across from the Sheraton Hotel. Turn right from Park Road into the Blue Lot. Orange Lot

This surface lot is located across Park Road from the CLE Smart Parking Garage. Enter the Orange Lot by turning left onto Park Road from Inner Drive before you enter the baggage deck. The Orange lot is connected to the Smart Parking Garage via skywalk and offers direct, covered access from the lot to the terminal. The cost to park is $11.00 daily and payment is credit card only.

Security & Emergency Assistance
Security officers patrol the CLE Smart Parking Garage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
White courtesy telephones are located in the elevator lobby of Floors 2-5 of the CLE Smart Parking Garage. To obtain emergency vehicle assistance (provided by Standard Parking), dial 4770 on any white courtesy telephone, or call 216.267.5030 .
Smarte Cartes
Smarte Cartes are located in the elevator lobby on Levels 1 and 3 of the CLE Smart Parking Garage. Smarte Cartes are $2 (price subject to change).
Rental Cars
CLE has a consolidated rental car facility located off the airport grounds. Shuttle service is available for all rental car customers from the main terminal to the rental car facility. Shuttles are located on the lower roadway island and can be accessed by exiting from Door #5 on the baggage claim level of the main terminal. For travelers needing assistance, a telephone center with rental car information is located near Door #5.
The shuttle bus ride from the terminal to the rental car facility takes approximately 5-7 minutes. The shuttle buses run continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Taxis
For passengers leaving the airport, CLE offers a dedicated taxicab service. Our fleet of 75 white vehicles includes GPS technology, in-cab cameras, a pre-set rate structure, and drivers who receive enhanced customer service training. Three companies jointly operate this outbound service: Ace Taxi, Yellow Cab Company, and Americab.
To use the taxi service, look for the taxi entrance at the orange wall on the south end of baggage claim, adjacent to Carousel 11. Pickups are made at this location only.

Airport Oberlin Shuttle Service to Oberlin College
Airport Oberlin Shuttle Service provides regularly scheduled shuttle transportation to Oberlin College in Oberlin, OH. Pick-up service is offered by advance reservation or specific shuttle times. Public Transportation
The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) offers convenient service to and from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. RTA's Red Line provides regular service between CLE and downtown Cleveland via the Tower City Station. The trip takes less than 30 minutes and trains depart from CLE every 15 minutes for the majority of the day.
RTA's station at CLE is located on the lower level of the main terminal. To reach the RTA station, travelers should use the elevators or escalators located in the center of the ticketing and baggage claim levels.

Security Tips
- Please arrive 90 minutes prior to your scheduled flight departure time to ensure that you and your bags have enough time to go through the screening process and be transported to the aircraft.
- Leave all checked baggage unlocked. Security screeners may forcibly unlock locked baggage if it requires inspection.
- All laptop computers and video cameras must be removed from carry-on bags prior to moving through the screening process.
- All travelers over the age of 18 need government-issued photo identification—federal, state, or local. If you do not possess any government-issued photo identification, please carry at least two pieces of identification with you—one of which must have been issued by a government authority. You may be asked to show your ID at various locations within the airport, including at check-in, screening, in the gate area, and/or prior to boarding an aircraft.
- Only ticketed passengers are allowed beyond passenger screening points. If you need to accompany a ticketed passenger past a screening point, you should contact the passenger's airline for instructions.

- Please maintain continuous control of carry-on baggage, briefcases, purses, and other personal items at all times.
- Personal items should never be left unattended as they could be subject to tampering or theft.
- Do not carry or transport any items or baggage for any other person, especially people you do not know.
- If you notice any unattended baggage, briefcases, purses, or other items, as well as any suspicious activity, please report it to the Airport Unit of the Cleveland Police Department immediately by dialing 6055 on any white courtesy telephone.
- While at the airport or on airport property, never make jokes about security, including comments about having a bomb or a firearm on your person or in your luggage. Airport personnel are trained to take all such comments as serious threats, and they will immediately report such threats to the Airport Unit of the Cleveland Police Department. Such activity may result in civil and criminal penalties.
Airport Police
The Airport Unit of the Cleveland Police Department patrols Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. These highly trained officers are permanently assigned to the airport, with offices conveniently located within the terminal. They provide a wide range of law enforcement duties and responsibilities including patrol, investigation, traffic flow management, and control and response to airport emergencies.
